2007 is off to a great start for the golf club!
We're busy preparing for the 2007 golf season. To keep our members up-to-date we've added an exciting addition to the website. Our very own Blog where we can add regular news updates

, so stop back often and see what's new.

I am concerned about the changes I have seen so far in an attempt to make the course easier on the top 9.
I like the fact that we removed some of the rotten trees and that you added some mounds for protection for golfers.
I do not like that we minimzed some of the sand traps and replaced the slag sand traps with regular cheap dirt. Taking away the slag takes away the uniqueness of the course. Christina lake is known for the course with the black sand! (tourist attraction)
Why would you take away from a course that everyone enjoys and is filled with tourist in the summer.
If any changes are going to be made...why wouldn't we add to the course. Put more sand traps and water ponds on the top 9.
I will continue to golf at Christina Lake because it is a great place to be. I just hope we make some better decision with course changes.

Concerned Golfer
